ABOUT US
Leaders of AI is the German-language academy for AI training. As a hybrid organization comprising 10 employees and over 50 AI agents, we exemplify what the organization of the future can look like. LOA has been in existence since 2024 and, in addition to its training programs, is involved in various research projects that it conducts both with partners and through its own pilot initiatives.
The academy’s mission is to equip executives, subject matter experts, and business leaders with the knowledge they need to apply AI agents in a practical way—without requiring prior knowledge or using technical jargon. All programs combine strategic concepts with hands-on implementation. Participants not only learn what is possible but also build it themselves.
