At Leaders of AI, we are convinced that education is the key not only to navigating this new era, but also to actively shaping it.

Our own company is the embodiment of this idea.

Our mission is to empower people not only to understand AI, but also to actively guide it—like a reliable colleague who works side by side with us. For us, AI is not a substitute for human strengths, but a partner that expands our potential.

That is why we are called “Leaders of AI”.

Every executive and every self-employed person should develop the ability to use AI strategically and responsibly. The goal is to make informed decisions even in a world full of half-truths, misinformation, and exaggerated promises about AI.

We shape the future instead of waiting for it

We believe that the future belongs to organizations that work more efficiently and effectively—by integrating AI employees.

These AI colleagues don’t just have tasks here—they also have identities. They have names, faces, and personnel files, and we hold feedback sessions with them. This is how we create a work environment where people and AI don’t just work side by side, but work together.

Our approach? No ready-made answers, but rather helping people help themselves.

Today, we already have 28 AI employees who help us remain a lean organization—we will never have more than seven people working for us, regardless of our revenue.

We explore these dynamics every day. How do AI colleagues work together? What roles make sense? And how can they best support us?

These findings are directly incorporated into our educational programs.

We measure our impact by your success

For us, education is more than just the transfer of knowledge. We don’t measure our success by the number of participants, but by how many of our participants successfully implement AI projects—so-called case studies—in practice.
