Dominique is a co-founder and experienced COO. Her primary focus is on developing scalable, high-quality processes. Her goal: an average annual revenue of €1.5 million per employee. To achieve this, she relies on the support of her AI Operations Lead, Franz.
Dominic is a co-founder and is responsible for product vision and public relations. His AI assistant, Hansi, writes all of his LinkedIn posts and edits his selfies.
Before Leaders of AI, he founded the AI startup Punk Inc., which he successfully sold to the German market leader in 2022.


Marc is responsible for strategic growth and expanding our partnerships. He previously held management positions at DB, Amazon, and Taskrabbit, an IKEA company. His sales colleague Fred assists him with all client meetings.
Stephan is responsible for Leaders of AI’s tech strategy and scalability. With his AI-first approach, he relies on autonomous AI agents to maximize the company’s scalability.
Previously, he built an AI team at EY and holds a Master of Science in Computer Science.


Philipp is responsible for achieving revenue targets and establishing scalable sales processes. With over 20 years of leadership experience in international B2B sales—including stints at Philips, Canon, and LEDVANCE/Osram—he combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. He is supported by his AI assistant, Mira, who identifies market trends and competitive dynamics early on.
Deborah is responsible for building and nurturing our community. Previously, she gained valuable experience in community building within the Schwarz Group. Her focus is on engagement, growth, and sustainable relationships. Her goal: an active, engaged, and steadily growing community. In this effort, she relies on the support of her community manager, Emmy.
